| Real Life Mission Team Leader -
Lead and disciple young adults exploring the call to missions. |
|
|
| Age
Range: |
25 years or older |
| When: |
9 - 12 weeks
in the summer and fall (dates depend on the specific trip).
In addition to the trip dates, you are required to attend
a leader training session, a second leader training session
two days immediately before the start of the trip, and
a leader debriefing session after the trip. |

Mexico, Panama, Jamaica, Kenya, India, New Zealand, and Afganistan. |

Real Life
Mission Teams are evangelical outreach team that assists
local churches, pastors and missionaries as they minister
the Gospel to the lost and hurting. Teams are made up
mission-minded high school and college-age individuals
from across the country. Click

As Real Life Mission Team leader, you have a variety of
responsibilities. You are responsible for the team logistics
and daily schedule, ministry opportunities, spiritual
discipleship, team unity and relationships, discipline,
relationships with the national or local pastors and missionaries
with which your team will minister, and the funds allotted
to the team. We will provide the required training. |

| Ambassador Team Leader -
Lead and disciple young adults exploring the call to missions. |

Range: |
Depending on your role, 21 and older. |
| When: |
3- 5 weeks in the summer (dates depend on the specific trip, most are June 22 - July 22). In addition to the trip dates, you are required to attend a leader training session in the spring (dates TBA) , a second leader training session two days immediately before the start of the trip, and a leader debriefing session on July 22 - 25. |

Inner-city Philadelphia, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Amazon Jungle/Peru, England/Ireland, Romania, Kenya, Russia, New Zealand and India. |
Leader
Overview: |
An Ambassador Team is an evangelical outreach team that assists local churches, pastors and missionaries as they minister the Gospel to the lost and hurting. Teams are made up of 15 to 25 mission-minded high school and college-age individuals from across the country. Click here for more information on Ambassador Teams. Throughout the year, but concentrated in the summer months. |

7-10 days |

Inner-city US, Rural US, American Indian Reservations, Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Central America, South America |
Leader
Overview: |
Take the lead role and manage a 7-10 day mission project. Our primarily need is with summer mission projects for youth groups (junior and senior high school students). You are responsible for all aspects of the mission project, including logistics and spiritual direction. AIM will train you. For large projects you will have support staff. Assist the Project Leader of a 7-10 day mission project. Our primarily need is with summer mission projects for youth groups (junior and senior high school students). The Project Leader needs help in the following areas: Logistics, Outreach, Service Projects, and General coordination. Larger projects require more Support Staff. Overview: |
Join participants on our mission trips and assist them through English-Spanish translation. We have need for translators with our Mission Projects For Youth Group, College Break Missions Trips, and Adult Trips. |
