Job Description |
A Project Leader serves as the point person on a youth group, adult, family, or college group trip, directing both the spiritual and the logistical aspects of the project.
Requirements |
- Applicants must be 23 years of age or older.
- Must model servant leadership; leading with authority while at the same time serving the needs of the group.
- Able to communicate well with others, plan ahead and be good problem-solvers.
- Accepted applicants must attend Leader Training in Gainesville, GA prior to full certification as a Project Leader.
